I am very happy with the Leadership Development program that Marcos developed for our management team. Renewal®’s interactive approach was both engaging and fun, and it allowed our team to grasp the concepts in a more successful way than a traditional training. We engaged in a staged development process over three sessions which helped the team review and build on the concepts learned and follow up as a team in between the sessions. In addition, the active method of incorporating team exercises, written and verbal feedback allowed for multiple dimensions of learning: listening, seeing, doing, verbalizing and writing. By working in this way and planning the follow up with the team after the sessions, I’m pleased with the learning acquisition of the team and their positive engagement and feedback from the training.
